About ILEA
GOVERNANCE
The western and eastern divisions of ILEA elect a representative to serve a one-year term as a Division Governor. The entire membership at the annual meeting elects a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The officers, along with the Divisions Governors form the Board of Governors.
The Board of Governors meets once a year in person and quarterly by Teams Chat.
ILEA MEMBER SERVICES
Each member of ILEA is included in email problem-solving sessions, ILEA Teams chats, and the opportunity to attend the annual conference.
One of the major benefits of membership in ILEA is that all members share insightful details about successful programs and services.
The International League of Electrical Associations is made up Electrical Leagues and Associations from throughout North America. Members receive valuable benefits, including:
- Email Chats – Questions from our members are routed around for responses from the entire membership. If you have a concern that you think other members could help with, simply send it to ILEA and she will share your question with everyone. This is a great way to get quick advice from your peers!
- In Person Meetings – Occasionally, ILEA members gather at a different destination in North America for a 2-day conference. We take the opportunity to discuss at great lengths trade shows, educational programming, communication tools, social programming, and much more. Join us!
- Peer Interaction – The constant ability to interact with your true peers within the industry. All ILEA members are leaders in their Electrical League or Association
